May is National Chip Your Pet Month, so Dutchess County SPCA is offering a microchipping clinic on Wednesday, May 29!

Did you know that a lost or stolen pet is 3 times as likely to find their way home again if they are microchipped? Tags and collars can be removed, but a microchip provides your pet with permanent identification that can tell any vet or shelter who they are and where they live. The procedure is painless, and could mean the difference between a happy reunion or never seeing your beloved companion again.
