Please join us at DCSPCA for a very special cat yoga class for the whole family. The best part (besides spending time with our adorable adoptable felines) is that 100% of your registration fee will support DCSPCA's work to help the animals of Dutchess County. Family Yoga is all about connecting and bonding with one another in a fun and engaging way! Join Liz, owner of Mindful Yoga With Liz, for a fun-filled class where you'll move, bond and play with your young one!

This class is especially created for families, so you will need to bring at least one of the young people in your life with you!

This class is open to ages 3 & up.

Please bring your yoga mat with you. If you don't have mats for you or your young ones, we can provide them.
