Thanks to Our Volunteers

“It is when you give of yourself that you truly give.” ~Kahlil Gibran

We are grateful for the many volunteers who give their time and their talents to the Dutchess County SPCA. They give in so many ways. Here are some of the wonderful people helping fulfill the mission to prevent cruelty to animals in Dutchess County.

Thank you Michael Graham for donating clock repair services. Your gift of horological repairs will help us raise funds at the 2010 Holiday Gift for the Animals auction.

Aggie Poillucci has written Shelter Tails cover stories for more than a decade.
She has written touchingly about hundreds of homeless or abused animals. Her stories are popular among our readers. Thank you, Aggie. We appreciate you.

Jacquie Cookingham deserves a thank you for faithfully coordinating the dog walkers.
Each day a group comes to the shelter to walk every dog around the property. They come seven days a week, in all kinds of weather and on every holiday.

Thank you to Debbie Decker and Shelly Ottens for donating photographs of shelter animals.
We appreciate you taking such great pictures.
